1General Terms & Introduction

Bdpoop.app (referred to herein as "bdpoop", "we", or "us") is an online betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of bdpoop's website, mobile app, and all related services.

To register an account with bdpoop, you must provide accurate and complete information. bdpoop reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your name, date of birth, phone number, and email must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. If you believe someone else knows your password, change it immediately.
• To update your account details, please contact the support team and complete the required verification process.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to bdpoop immediately.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use bdpoop's services. We are strictly committed to protecting minors from betting.

• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for age verification purposes.
• bdpoop reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.
• It is the user's responsibility to verify whether online betting is legal under the laws of their local jurisdiction.
• Individuals under active self-exclusion are not permitted to use bdpoop.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Bdpoop supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• bdpoop reserves the right to suspend any transaction if fraud is suspected.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals.

5Betting Rules & Odds

Before placing a bet on bdpoop, read the rules for each market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdpoop reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If irregularities are found in a match, all related bets may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and are subject to change by bdpoop at any time.
• There may be delays in live betting. Once the system accepts a bet, it is considered final.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdpoop offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before use.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met (typically 5x to 20x).
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• bdpoop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bdpoop finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to keep the bdpoop platform fair and honest. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bonus arbitrage or betting systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
• Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or inside information.

8Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Bdpoop may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Breaching any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraud or dishonest activity is suspected on an account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

Prior to account closure, users will be notified via email or SMS (except in cases of fraud). Any valid balance will be returned.

9Limitation of Liability

Bdpoop is committed to delivering the highest quality service, though our liability is limited in the following areas.

• bdpoop is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• bdpoop is not responsible for delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• bdpoop cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• bdpoop is not liable for any account-related losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
